THE PREMISE of Nightmare World being that apparently last night you ate too much cheese while watching a low budget horror movie. You went to bed for a good nights sleep, only to wake up in a world of nightmares. Fair enough, although some of us don’t actually need to imbibe anything for that kinda thing to happen . . .

FOR THOSE of us who are severely challenged in the “keeping plants alive” department, this game will present you with something completely alien . . . plants that grow faster than you can actually er, well, kill them . . . 
The challenge is to clear a path through what looks like a large bar of milk chocolate, but is in fact supposed to be a garden, before it becomes completely overgrown. Oh, and make sure you turn the sound on!

IF YOU’RE someone that’s able to keep plants and green things alive and well in the real world then this might be just the kind of plant related challenge you need . . .
For those of us that struggle with the term ‘living plants’ then this is probably best avoided, although it does provide amusing alternative ways of killing them.
Especially since excuses like ‘death by tomato’ or ‘death by watermelon’ are infinitely more interesting than the more traditional ‘it obviously didn’t like me’ excuse.
A METAMORPHIC plant . . . what more could you want?
It walks, it flies, it punches and it can burrow underground like the Thunderbird Mole - and all you have to do is help it catch a few balls and well, er, try and keep it alive . . .
Still, death by target board, brick wall or overly large flying insect thingy is a damn sight more interesting that just forgetting to add water . . .

ALTHOUGH IT MIGHT SOUND like the after effects of a dodgy curry, it’s actually a game featuring down and outs. As a down and out (transient, bum or whatever you prefer to call the poor, unfortunate folk) you have to rush and grab (snag) as much lost change out of the road without being run over.
